1. Service Delivery: KronicleKapsule provides legacy video production as described per capsule package. The content, format, and timeline vary by product tier.

2. Scheduling: Shoot dates are subject to availability and must be confirmed within 10 days of booking.

3. Client Responsibility: The client is responsible for providing accurate information, media files, and a safe filming environment.

4. Creative Rights: We retain creative discretion during the editing process but accept input for packages that include revision rounds.

5. Usage Rights: We will never publish or use your content for marketing without written consent.
