Due to the custom nature of legacy capsule production:

• Cancellations within 48 hours of booking may receive a full refund, minus transaction fees.

• Cancellations after 48 hours or once filming is scheduled are non-refundable.

• In exceptional circumstances (medical emergencies, bereavement), we may offer credits for future rescheduling on a case-by-case basis.

• In case of technical failure on our end, a full refund or re-shoot will be offered at no extra cost.
